Finding SIVI-FMT-01 of the free validator

Why it matters

Dates are exchanged as year-month-day (ISO 8601), so that every party reads them the same way. An impossible date such as month 13 cannot be processed.

"2027-13-01" in "startDate" is not a valid date.

How to fix it
Write the date as YYYY-MM-DD, for example 2027-01-31. Check that the month is 01–12 and the day exists in that month.
