Why it matters
A VB-PUO message is a JSON document. If it cannot be read, none of its content can be checked or processed.
Example
What the validator says about a test message:
- What is wrong
- The file cannot be read as JSON: Quoted object key or end of object '}' expected but reached end of input at position 7042.
- Where
- The message as a whole.
- How to fix it
- Export the message again from the system that produced it. Check that the file is complete and was not edited by hand (a missing bracket or a trailing comma is enough to break it).
