Why it matters

Every VB-PUO message belongs to one pension provider, identified by its puvCode. Data of several providers in one message cannot be routed, reconciled or answered with one feedback message.

Field "party" in the message. Path: party.
How to fix it
Send one message per pension provider (puvCode). If the source extract holds several providers, split it per provider first.
