Why it matters

Each SIVI release has its own schemas and code lists. A message must declare a version that both parties support, otherwise its content cannot be checked against the right rules.

How to fix it
Use one of the supported versions: 001.05 (Release 2027), 001.04 (Release 2026). If the sender uses a newer release, agree with them which release applies.
